When I checked your site, the design layout looks poor and un-organized.

Secondly, did you use any 'black-hat' tactics on your website?

Finally, did you copy / paste anything from another website / author? Therefore, they notify Google to drop your PG4 to PG1 without your consent...

P.S. These are my opinion, so please don't get mad...

Thank you

No black hat stuff, no duplicate content. The slideshow at the top is new. It's from Photo Bucket. Could that have done it?

What do you mean "disorganized"? Are you talking about the content or the tabs or both?

No wonder, you have a lot of followed links to outside domains on the bottom of your homepage. You're sending all your PR to them. Ouch.

This could be the case. I would limit the number of outbound links, or if you want to keep them at least add rel="nofollow" to them so that you're not sending your PR with it.

My first thought when I read this thread was maybe it has something to do with the new Panda update from Google. I'm not sure if it affects pagerank or not...

So what? does this affect your SERP rankings or conversion?
Do not worry if it is falling... May be Google has devalued your backlinks which is why your PR has dropped.

You really need not to worry because it not that important for tracking a website’s performance, but still you can improve your PR by getting quality backlinks.

Have you recently change your site hosting of design? Your site is looking bad and unorganized. If yes, then you may have lost some good backlinks. Which may be the cause of fall the ranking.

Hi dear,
Don't worry, Before some months before I also face the same situation, then I was afraid totally, but it not such enough big problem. Take care only following steps:
I. Check your Websites pages, and remove duplicate content from there, If you have same content on more than one pages, then remove one of them.
2. Check your back links , if you have any back link on any adult site, or any sites on which your site have back link and also adult link , then remove your back link from there..
After 2 or 3 months your sites PR should be definitely come back again 4.

Be happy, Dear..

You are hitting the right spot but I think one should not run for the high PR your target should be high rankings in the Google. Page PR is nearly useless and it cannot benefit you much. One should focus on good rankings while making changings in your site and making strategies for its promotion

Just keep adding new unique content everyday and your website will be fine. PR is just one of the factors that help you get a good ranking position in G00gl3. So don't just rely solely on the PR of your website.

Definitely.. One of these 3 reasons..
1. You have tried black hat!!
2. you have placed your links in sites which are spammed!!!
3. Your content might e duplicate.. !!

But don't wori.. you will get back where you were.. just try a bit harder...
and also .. work on your Onpage.. and look and feel of your website...
Its messed up!!

Just work more on it .. and we are always there to help you if any problem persists!!

Google people are very sharp now a day, specially they are taking dynamic steps against the sites which show copy or duplicate contents. Try to find out the reason, dont loose hope and try to build the things again with genuine stuff.

I don't know why people get so upset when their Page Rank changes. Yes, it may indicate that your website has lost favour with Google and you should review your web page content and coding. But if you have not suffered a loss of traffic following the change in Page Rank, why worry?
