Top Link Building Strategy

Link building a very important task to get your site in the top search results of Search engines. Link building is all about getting quality links for your sites. Getting quality and justified links is not an easy task. You have concentrate hard on link building right from the day ‘go’, to make your website a success. Below mentioned are important tips of how to build links:

1. Submit your site to Web directories: Submit your website to good ranking (PR 5 and above) website directories. It would be a very good idea to register your site with Dmoz.org

2. Reciprocal Link Building: Concentrate hard on reciprocal link building too. Find good websites and request link exchange from those websites. Make sure those websites are quality, justified to your own site. Always ask Url link, title of the link, and description of the link.

3. Submit your articles to Article Directories: It will be a very good idea if you write articles for your own site. Write quality, informative, and interesting articles. Add fresh contents. Fresh contents are very much liked by search engines.

4. Submit Press releases: Submission of press release is a very good idea. There are many free press release sites where you can actually submit your site and make others about you website specifically. This will prove beneficial to build link exchanges.

5. Build your own network with the help of Social Networking sites: Build your network with Social media and networking sites. Communicate and build relationships to drive in more traffic to your sites. With that, you will be able to get some good links of existing websites.

6. Participate in link Programmes: It is always advisable to participate in link programmes. There are some good link programs in which you help others to get them link and other help you.

i belive quality links from the same niche is they key for the Future SEO, you are write , so what can we do , get this quality backlinks and stop buying backlinks. I belive Google's strategy is this way 1.000 backlinks ( same niche) will be batter than 10.000 random backlinks . So this way Google will descurage link buying

I am big fan of some of those methods that are listed in your initial post. I stick to article marketing and forum posting because those back-links get indexed quicker.

I've heard Google don't like exchange that's why I am kind of skeptical about it. My question is have you ever heard of sites that get penalized because of doing link exchange?

Your site can suffer if you link out to a bad neighborhood. Don't link out to a site before taking a good look at it.

I must agree with your methods, especially number 3 as I find submitting articles to article directories the easiest way to get quality one way backlinks. As some other link building strategies sometimes require lot of work then submitting article to article directory and then just waiting to get it syndicated all over the web is quite nice and easy.

Blog commenting all so brings more traffic to our site. Another thing is search engines are like fresh content, so if we do blog posting in regular basis, it's also generate more and more traffic.

I understand you need to be careful when submitting your website to web directories. If the web directory you submit to doesn't rank well on google (top 5 of search) then it could hurt more than helping.

Thanks for sharing some good points. However my link building strategy is mostly linked with social media and then blog commenting on top blogs. Although i prefer to leave comments on dofollow blogs but i also leave my backlinks on high pr blogs. Moreover, i like to adopt tier backlinking strategy and creates web2.0 properties and then used RSS to index them. This strategy makes my sites rank higher and with good result.

I donot get your point on bad neigbourhood.As long as your links are from different IP and link title is different then technically there won't be any problem from SE.

Other directories doesn't really have that much to offer anymore. not much people are using these sites to search nowadays.
