Annoying website

Hi guys,

I'm a beginner on SEO.
While searching on google I found this website www . placere . ro.
It supposed to be a searching engine for romanian people.
Instead they are using some techniques in order to redirect to some other page that contains links to various porn sites.
I suppose they are earning money by redirecting people to these websites.

If you search on google for site:placere.ro you see that google indexed 25,600 pages from them.
This is a huge list of pages.
It seems they are using the following trick:
When you go to www . placere . ro you will find a link to top cautari (top searches in english) cauta.placere.ro/list1.html and here they are generating dynamically links to bogus .html pages containing top romanian words.

For every dynamically generated page, they are generating other links to pages containing those words reversed or combined with other common romanian words.

This is very annoying.
They are listed on google for a huge number of common romanian words and they don't have any content for that.
Is this a commong SEO technique ?
Is there something Google can do about this?

Also, www . placere . ro has backlinks mostly from cauta.placere.ro. These backlinks count on Google? Because if I have www. whatever . com I can make any subdomain like subdomain.whatever.com and link back to www . whatever . com

If you consider is as spam, you can report to google. You can also post it in the MATT blog at www.mattcutts.com/blog/ in comment section in any themed post related to SPAM

since yesterday I have found another romanian website that is using the same technique and has 186,000 pages listed on google. site:traficdublu.ro

basically you cannot search a common romanian word on google without finding these spamers on the first page.

I suggest you report them to google and let google decide what's best for their engine. It doesn't hurt for you to report them because it'll take google months to do anything about it and they'll be sure to investigate.
