What is Backward link?

I've installed the Quirk Search Status. One option is there to check the Backward Link.
What is Backward link? Conditions are by 'Page', 'Page external Only', 'Domain', 'Domain External only' - please describe?

I think you mean Backlink, there are a couple of types, Do and No follow, the latter means it is a one way link, the do-follow is a 2 way link, when done properly a do-follow can be classed as a quality link.

if you have got link for a keyword from other website, its know as backward link or back-link, but link always getting juice when find do fallow link juice.
