We are not just another forum, we are an 'Art Critic' community. If you like to create anything artistic, this is the place for you. If not, then you can stop reading now.

If you know your stuff or need to know more stuff, then come for suggestions, critiques, and help others. It's a place where you can go and post your artwork, paintings, digital images, claywork, animations.... what ever your heart desires.

I thought that your forum is powered byPhorum...

IMHO design of your forum is not pleasant... even bad.

haha, no that's not why... my business is call Phamworks (notice the 'PH') so it relates to the PH in Phorum.

I'm a huge critic so I just had to take a shot at this. I'm sorry for what I'm about to say but your forum really looks like, well, just a forum. The design looks unpleasant and overall, there's too much simplicity here. If you want a site that ppl can take seriously, build it from scratch. This is just.. well, too simplistic. And the domain you have looks very unprofessional ie newbie-ish :-/ Sorry about the chastising but you wanted feedback :-/

There is a reason for the site's simplicity. I don't want the overall look of the site to interfere with the member's posted art. That is why the site looks the way it does. I'm not trying to make it look good becuase its a critique forum, we consentrate on the art not the site itself. As a matter a fact, my partners and I have had a long conversation about this subject.

Good concept there, but isn't the design a bit hard on the eyes? Do you allow users to choose different themes? (Lighter themes maybe?)

I think it looks pretty good the way it is!
Black + Yellow/Orange mixes good together!
