Everyone will have a different view and way of doing SEO. It's hard to track exactly which way is best with so many different types of sites and quality of sites. I think the biggest factor is the client. Keep your mind open to new ideas and experiment.

Play this game elsewhere please. You're what passes for a professional SEO where you live, albeit that seems to be a pretty loosely used term. Even if you hadnt been banned under other IDs here we'd remove you for this silliness.

I'll say it again.. QUALITY CONTENT - QUALITY CONTENT - QUALITY CONTENT. This is the best way to generate traffic and build PR, most people just don't have the patience to sit down and generate unique quality content. I've had some of my article / blog sites skyrocket just from adding weekly posts with absolutely no off-page SEO. Your content has to be quality, unique, and informative; this can get difficult on a weekly basis though.

In my experience On Page Optimization method is a best SEO Method. It is very Important and Interesting task. Almost Websites SERP depend on the On Page Optimization.

I wouldn't say all methods, but it's good to partake in most of the white hat SEO methods. In my eyes, this is how I rate SEO.

Quality Content > Do Follow Comment Link Building > Article Submissions > Directory Submissions

If I were starting a new web site, I would get a bunch of fresh quality content online, submit some articles to the web, submit to some directories, and then comment link build. This process seems to work out best when launching a new site as the articles and directories usually take more time to approve.

This is very complex question because comprehensive SEO includes several methods and things to do: on-line and off-line optimisation, web writing including blog writing, directory submissions, continuous website content refreshing… Seo actually means that you have to work on your website permanently and never stop. If you rich high page rank it doesn’t mean that you will stay at that level forever. Your website can get dropped down if you neglect SEO activities.
One of the basic things that I’d like to emphasis regarding SEO is the competitiveness of the keywords chosen for your website. If they are used widely on the web by many others your website is less likely to get on the first page of search engines. So try to be a more specific and to stand out of the crowd with them. Of course, it’s difficult to find something good and simple at the same time.

white hat method and black hat method, but if you want to become a good seo then you have to chose the white hat seo method, and also hard working,

I think trying to debate what’s the best SEO method is pointless. It’s like asking the salesman in a shoe store what the best pair of shoes without telling him what the size of your feet or what you intend to do with them. A pair of $2000 Church’s shoes looks nice but you’re not really going to use them for rock climbing.

So before trying to figure out what the best method is, I think it’s better to ask yourself what you intend to accomplish first. Methods differ in effectiveness depending on what outcome you’re trying to achieve.

Are you new in the business and you’re trying to drive leads or an established business trying to improve sales? Have you even considered going outside SEO such as paid advertising or JVs to drive sales and leads? Answering these questions first will help you to the best method for that particular goal.

SEO is really just like a hammer, a tool, you use for remodeling your house. You want to focus on how to best remodel and not to focus on finding the best hammer.
