The loophole here is that running three different domains with three different contents but offering the same service will be a huge load of works and needs plenty of time to complete. I suggest you just use santacruz's first solution, 301 the two other domain extension to your original .com and have your supposed content for these separate websites into one website. Build them and SEO them and gain all the potential traffic into one more authoritative .com website.
