I got a BIG problem :(

Hey,

Today I just found a very very bad thing in my gallery, the comments specifically. It looks like I had a bot spider, and post, extensive amount of links to inapropriate content. I would estimate maybe 1000 overall, in diffrent picture comments. This happened aproximatly 9 days ago.
What I am wondering is could google/yahoo/msn have indexed those pages in this timeframe and if so what impact would this have on my ranking or pr?

I am quite anoyed and would love to hear what people have to say.
Also I have taken down the galleries for good.

Well from my little knowledge, I think Google penalizes sites that link to websites which link to adult content website or gambling, not sure.

You can put a nofollow tag on all outgoing links if you use wordpress I think (that's usually the default option)

Hmm, I just deleted the Gallery all togetther. No one was really using it and it was being a pain... this was the last straw.

Thats really lame. Did you try contacting the websites who spammed you? I would definatly report them to the major search engines.
