I'm probably not your target audience but took a quick look none the less. One major ommission I noticed was the design of the site's navigation.

For example, two years or so ago I consulted for a client that had thousands and thousand of pages of unique content yet they were getting under 100 visitors a day from the major search engines. After about 30 seconds of looking it was pretty obvious why - the search engines only knew about 1 page of their site because the only way to access the site's content was to conduct a search - which search engines can't do. They didn't have a sitemap (this was pre Google Sitemaps) or any other crawable links for the SE's to follow so their content could be discovered.

Some simple changes increased their traffic 100 times over within 60 days.

SEO start to finish is a HUGE undertaking. Best of luck.

Thank you for your comments , funny you should talk about site maps I am working on one now that will update on its own so i can get all of the new content within the site and from the forums as i have noticed there is alot of urls on my forum that will make bots do work that they dont need to, also there is what i class a same content as with most forums you get show last post etc etc, so all these links will not be added into the site map.

again thank you for your comments :0

Any one else?

Very hard to read. I would use more bolding and italics and descriptive paragraph headings to make it easier to read.
