I don't agree that the more experienced you are the higher the chance that you create mistakes. Because I believe that through experience SEO learns. They learn which methods are effective years ago but no longer works today.

These aren't broadly SEO mistakes as much as specifically link building mistakes... a couple of updates on link building, MajesticSEO has just allowed their Fresh Index to be used by Free users, also iBacklinkPRO has tripled the amount of URL's you can scan for the smae money... Yahoo Site Explorer may be gone but current link finding tools aren't too bad either

I support HTML.As an experienced man one think himself as a known wise man and do the work according to his experience but he really don't want to be updated(in most of cases) and the result is that he always adopt the working style of his time.

As with the link exchange , one has to avoid the traffic exchange technique also to get the better results as it is not effective for the site results and sometime it can be hurtful for the site.
And as for the updated content , then this thing is totally right. And if one is perfect in getting the regular updation then the thing is that the person not be able to represent that information on their site in well manner and this be the big weak point of that firm.

The great article sharing. I was thinking myself that fast link building (mistake number2) does harm, but never read this in any article. Mistake number 5 is also very common.

It is a common delusion that it more backlinks are ALWAYS better and because of this web masters resort to link farms, forum/newgroup spam etc., which ultimately could lead to getting their site banned. In fact, what you need are quality backlinks.

I disagree with this. I think actually we SEO's have a lot of leighway to make mistakes because G's algorithm is unknown, so there is no perfect way to do things, in essence everyone is making mistakes.
