Anand...it is unfair to work with auto submission tools. Like Alex said..don't risk your website and you will never know when google will stop loving your website and sanboxed them anytime. So..don't give a chance for it.

In seo, everything you do automatically, costs you much, in ranking point of view. They can give you instant result but in the long run, you will have to repent for your action. Always keep in mind that your are being watched by google.

Please don't use any automated submission tool for offpage optimization. It will be better if you do it manually.

There is some very good advice here. I agree, do as much work as you possibly can manually. However, this does not stop you outsourcing certain aspects of your business or venture to other people. Just make sure they are working in line with your requirements. For example, if you decide to take the manual route for your online ventures, make sure anyone you out source to is on the same page.
I suggest you take alook at elance.com and just have a look at how other people post jobs on there, the cost, descriptions etc to ensure you ask the right questions.

Correct, website submission should be manual as much as possible for several reasons. This allows more control of what category you list your site in and prevents helps prevent the possibility of being hit by the Panda. Google can now tell who is buying links and to gain ranking. It was simple before, you could just buy enough relevant links to gain top ranking's but with these new changes over the past year it has most definitely become more difficult to gain those ranking's. I think this is going to push out some of those quick start up seo businesses and bring more work to the real seo companies.

I also don't use any automated software for link building. I do it manually to carefully submit my site to the appropriate category of social bookmarking and web directory sites.

I've never liked to use any automated submission tool for offpage optimization. i always see Off-page factors (such as PageRank ,content quality and hyperlink analysis) when i start manually submission and i know what importance for seo weekly or day(SMO activities or bookmarking or articles or directory submission etc. )
