Guys, I think Avengernihao is asking for link checker within the site, not backlinks checker. Anyway, with 500 million links it would take a long while using any tool but I personally use Xenu Link Sleuth. It's free and it's fast.

But the OP has already said "My main goal is to verify that I dont have any bad links on my site." and this software will not do that.

I think the most likely solution for something like this would be to get someone to write a script for you, I don't think there is anything "off the shelf" for what you need.

i prefer spyglass personally,and sometimes ahrefs.com is also a good choice which is limited.However I think the best way is using both that helps you with more accurate results

The best thing is just to go there and take a look! I tried it but for me it only found 8 links (I have over 4000).

firefox addon tool has "searchstatus" addon. just add it on your browser and use it for everything..you will all kinds of information you need in seo

I have been using link-assistant for years it is great software and it is easy to use, however make sure you use this software responsibly, it has some pretty strong functions that can end up looking like spam.
