Google Cached problem

I need to know why few of my websites are unables to get indexed since august 05

1. all pages are not cached by google . Few pages are cached with some
interval but some are not cached after august05.
2.all pages have good PR but not cached.
please suggest me tips on that . what should i do to reindex these below website soon.

I'm not for sure, but the display site seems pretty spammy with the links. Have you been doing any link trading directory submissions? Or have you gone the other direction and did a ton of link building in a short amount of time?

The fastest way to get indexed is to do some link building, but there is talk that if you do it too quickly you get a red flag by Google.

If you have done some link building make sure you don't have links up on sites that are banned from Google or are trash sites like a link farm.
