quiker i don't think so, don't get greedy and buy 1 milion links because you'll get your site penalised .
You can write good articles and submit them to good article directories , that are dofollow

Try researching link wheels. Some people say they are not very relevant, but we are on page 1 so who says? PM me if you want my cheat sheet for free.

Building backlinks to your website will help you improve your keyword ranking. I think it also depends on the competition. If the keywords that you're focused on are highly competitive, it will take longer.

The short cut to do this is just to build more and more backlinks.. There is NOT a quick way.. Otherwise people won't advertise to get traffic for their keywords (for example like Adwords!)

Backlinks, backlinks and more backlinks. But first you need fresh and original content. You want quality and targeted backlinks but don't make it too difficult. Take a backlink to your website and put it where people will see it. It's a simple concept.

It takes time for you to see the results of your work. To achieve better search engine rankings, try to look at your site's on-page factors and fix those duplicates and broken links, provide engaging and original content, improve your website usability, etc. For link building, focus more on getting quality backlinks from relevant sites and make sure to use your keywords as your anchor text when building links.

Focus on adding quality content and longer articles, google loves content, but still it is not something that is going to happen overnight

No shortcut method to get rank in natural seo, then you have to drive for pay per click. If you get maximum balink in short time search engine will treat this as a spam. So if you get and hold ranking in ling term basis, you have to generate quality back links in naturally, then automatically get result.

So far, private blog networks have worked perfectly for me. If there's any shortcut, it's boatloads of contextual links from aged high PR domains. Unfortunately, Google is cracking down on those networks...

Ranking does not increase overnight. You have to be patient and do only the ethical practices.

Quicker is not going to be happen in the SEO process. No one can predict the exact time taken in the SEO results. However, sometimes it may be happen soon but not all the times. It totally depends on the google crawlers and algorithms.

No way. There are no shortcuts in SEO. It's a lot of work, not going to lie. Stay away from black hat techniques and automated services. Google is too smart these days.
