Why SEO results are not instant?

I am doing all submissions but they are not crawled and it is taking long time to improve the ranking. Tell me is there any way where we get instant result for SEO?

it's not indexed immediatly because your site is not so powerful , for example a press release website will index the new content in 10 minutes. depends on the website , i'm talking here on the big fishes

It's a process. Based on my experience it will take about 2 to 3 months before you will notice the results of doing SEO.

Whenever you make new content or backlinks don't expect for google to see it right away. Its going to take some time for Google spiders to eventually find your link. No, there is no such way for instant SEO result.!

Well about your Crawl doubt, i think it is already crawled and indexed. Just try this in Google site:www.yoursitename.come, if it is displaying yours site post then it is indexed.!

See, Ranking in Google for a keyword took time and lots of on-page, off-page works. Just take your time and have patience.

try exchanging links with really very nice and frequently used site which gets cached very frequently...
So as to search engine find your link and Cache your page..

Try social bookmarking and social networking.. It will get your page cached very soon..

and go for the less competitive keywords in starting...
