This is a very broad question. To answer this question:
1) How much competition the keyword has?
2) What is the authority of the competition?
3) Where does your site stand currently with respect to the competition?
4) How much work you need to do with respect to content, backlinks, social presence to get ahead of the competition?

Give us more info about the competition of this keyword. For example the word "beautiful computer" is a 2-word keyword, but people don't search for it! So, it depends on the competition and how many times people are looking for it!

If you are talking about those two keywords in your signature. You just require some good relevant backlinks and fresh content; and you can achieve the rankings after some days.

Don't have any specific work schedule for a particular keyword. It is depending on competition of keywords, the website's pr, domain age, theme etc. Also how the site seo friendly etc. Moreover the quality of sites where you post or submit your info.

How to check right position of a keyword in search engines. Am checking with my google.com it is now on 5th page in bottom. But when I checked with hidemyass .com website it is showing on 11th page. What is the right way to check keyword position ?

low competitive keyword keywords are easy to get on search engine top position but but what is the conversion ration of low competitive keyword?

It mainly depends on competition and "how much time require" also depends on how much quality backlinks you can acquire.For checking position Google is best and hidemyass is not that much trusted ya.
