Question about keyword position

Dear friends
From last 4 months am doing work on my one keyword "online pharmacy" & my url is http://www.youmeds.com/onlinepharmacy.
Right now it is showing my website in google.com 2nd page. I just want to confirm. Can you guys also see my website on same rank in google.

At Google.co.in this website is at #5 but at Google.com it isn't reflecting up to page 3.

If you have any doubt in keyword rankings just clear your cache and then search for it or else try it in a different browser which you are not using often. You can find the exact position.

In different location(means country) Google shows different ranking. Yet you can get same result, if you careful some matters, like, make sure you don't log-in any Google account in same browser, have to clear cache etc.

I am located in Australia, when I search google.com.au I can't find you in the first ten pages of google search results.

I have also ran the query on google.com (but you need to keep in mind that I am originating the search from Australia) and I cannot find you in the first ten pages there either.

I checked the Google without the country redirects -- you know, google.com/ncr -- and I've seen that you're not on the top 100. I agree with what seoservicesplus said about your site being hit by the Penguin update.

I think your website is showing cache result for your search. Try using proxy website so it will show you genuine result as others will see.

Type Google positing tool in to Google there is heaps of great software that can find where you are sitting in the SERP.

I checked on Google South Africa and it is not on the first 10 pages. It is a high competition keyword by the looks of it.
Have you considered opting for a longer phrase? Perhaps 'online pharmacy without prescription' or 'online pharmacy hair loss'?
If you specifically want the 'online pharmacy' keyword phrase, you'll have to stay at it for a while longer I suppose. Good luck

keywords rank down and up is natural way, it can be due to some broken links or expired link which you created in past.

it is eighth in India and nowhere in .com(US). Always use a tool to check rankings. I use seoserp or sometimes hidemyass if I know it is in first few pages.
