Title tag your opinion please.

Hi everyone, re title tag as i understand this, your title tag is you main enticement meaning draw the attention of the potential customer to click on your site for what they are looking for along with the description.
and to be as much or more for the customer rather than the search engines
stick out from the rest if you like.
The company use for some of my SEO have just completed some SEO for me
and have changed the title tag. and i do not like it. to me it's just like all the rest and spam, it's just a group of keywords this is it

Scrap Cars, Car Disposal, Vehicle Disposal, Scrap A Car

the next one is my original one

Legal Scrap Car Disposal DVLA Notified Fully licensed

this to me is far better it has keywords/keyword phrase and think reads well,it also sticks out from the rest what do you think?

Please forgive me for not explaining why earlier.

The replacement title looks like a over optimized site, something made for the search engines rather that visitors. It certainly does not come across like a REAL title of a page.

Your chose title reflects the strength of keywords but comes across naturally for your readers. It will also look better in the SERPs, possibly making it more likely for people to click through...

Title tag first of all need to be SEO friendly. It should contain keyword. In this case "Scrap Cars" is the keyword that has rising searches. If your title is not optimised with top keyword the chances that it's link will be in top search results of Google are low

Title tag is very important and significant to your seo serps. I use software called IBP and traffic travis to help. Traffic travis is free, Ibp isn't its pricey. If you want i can run a report for you though just pm me

I agree with Cricket. Their title tag is spammy and could hurt your site in the eyes of Google. The original contains your keywords and reads organically, which Google likes. Change it back.

@scrapcar, You absolutely right. Visitors will not click on your site without read your site title atleast, always create good and impressive Title and Description your site. It can increase your CTR as well. ex. If your website on 4th rank with impressive Title and other site on 3rd rank with keywords in Title then Visitors click on your site.

Cheers

2nd one is good for use in title tag because it is more for search engine then visitor and visitor also no need to know your title tag but they need what is in it so I think you can use 2nd Legal Scrap Car Disposal DVLA Notified Fully licensed.

The title tag should contain your main target keyword, plus a couple of secondary ones if they make sense.

The "seo" guys who keyword stuff your title don't know what they are doing if you ask me!

Google has said time and time again they are moving towards making human friendly sites rank better. Keyword stuffed titles that make no sense like the ones your seo guy has provided will do your site no good.

Think about search engines in everything you do, of course, but bear in mind that the people reading your site are the ones who will share it, link to it and generally make it better. Therefore don't prioritise search engines at the expense of decent, human readable content!

title keyword better with your main keywords but do not repeat, try to make them as a smooth texts like humans and this will be friendly to customers but not the spider

Well I must say whoever is doing the SEO work for you isn't doing it right. Because SEO is not just stuffing in the keywords. Its about getting them clicked also.

I agree with Cricket that it looks over-optimized. I would also go with your original one.

Your original is much better than the so called SEO guy has done for you. It's not just about placing your keyword inside the title tag. It should be descriptive and then place your keyword wisely into the title or description.

In your case, the title tag will be more meaningful if you add your location where you opt to provide the service. For example "Car Disposal in London". Isn't it??

Of course your main keyword should be placed first.. But don't overuse this... Don't write more than 3,4 keywords in your title tag! This will negatively affect your ranking. Your main keyword + another keyword you want to rank for, which can also be rewritten to look different from your main keyword

You must remember the following points
- your title must have less than 70 character.
- Use maximum keywords with best combination.
