Keyword Stuffing in URLS

How many times is too many times for a keyword used in a long string of URLS?

For example:

If you are using a nested set of folders in your website design for management purposes and yet, you also want to take advantage of the nomenclature used in the folders, then how should you name the folders?

For example:
http://www.songs/songs_of_american_m...ida/index.html

Do you believe that you will be penalized for using (songs 4 times/florida twice/music twice) in the URL or does it benefit you?

Definitely it wont help you, but google won't harm you also.. But in user perspective keep the url's short, rememberable, and instead of using "under score" use "hyphens" to separate the words.

Why use hyphens and not underscores?

No one types in URL's anyways.

why you should want to go with this? the best practice for this, Use only one folder and then put your main & Targeted keyword in File name lest example,

if your targeted keyword is CCTV Camera then should your url like mydomain.com/products/cctv-camera.html

As per my experience this is the best practice.

Because an underscore is an ignored character, it's just there to make it look like separate words to people as opposed to SE's, however, a hyphen is a word separator, i.e. seen as a space by both.

I agreed no one type url but we still use hyphens instead of underscores because Google consider hyphens as a space.

ie

abc.com/love_page.html SearchEngine consider it as lovepage but if we use urls like
abc.com/love-page.html SearchEngine treat it as a love page

this technique is more about Searchengine instead of User.

Yes it is! especially when whole SEO industry is preparing for over optimization algorithm.
If we use our keyword directly in url more than once its looks suspicious for both user and searcEngine point of view and it surely trigger upcoming over optimization algorithm.

If you use different keyword in url of different web page of your website then it is not blackhat but when you use it in domain then it is.

keyword should not repeat in URL. Just add your keyword one time in URL and also use hyphens(-) rather than underscore(_) between words.

As per me no more use of keyword in url and also in domain, yes it proves useful if you use it once or twice as per your url but not more than this. But be sure to use hyphens in url as it considered as space by search engine.

Why don't you create your URL like the example I given below
"http://www.songs/america/florida/tampa/index.html"
Is this looks bad or not good for search engine?

it's not much important to put keywords in URL but page content is much important, keywords in URL make advantage but main things is page content that google consider.
