What tool for software submission ?

Hi there,

I submitted my software to several "download" sites manually. Each time when I publish new version I need to reupload my tool and change the description everywhere. I just started research about tools that can organise it for me. What I wish to have is creation of list of websites where I submitted my software and upload new released version with one click. It is possible ? I know that PAD is a common standard for storing product description data. What software of that kind could you recommend ? It would be great if I could edit list of websites and edit PAD file. I don't need a software with a list of million website where I can upload my product. I just need to automate the process.
