Sitemap.xml upload time

One site's sitemap.xml was uploaded on April. Before some day i found some page not found page(404) and also removed list of not found page. Also change some page content and meta. Can I resubmit sitemap.xml ?

And If in future( mean 7/15day's) I'll be add some new page on site so can i again resubmit that sitemap.xml?

You just go to Google web tools and resubmit your site map they will update it soon

You must update your sitemap files at regular base like every month.

The proper navigation is good enough. However, uploading and updating the XML file to Search Engine will reduce the possibility of not including the pages of your website in the search index of the search engines.

No, you do not need to resubmit the sitemap If you have set the sitemap update frequency. Sitemap automatically catch new pages.

As per my knowledge you have to Check your Sitemap and compress it again. Then upload the new archive file, and resubmit your Sitemap.and from then you have to update it time to time.Its good for you.
