Meta tag analyzer?

I have just checked my keyword with a meta tag analyzer and it says my keywords come to 80%, but when I add 1 more to see if it take the percentage up a but more, it actually take sit down even though I added the keword in part of a sentance!

why care so much about your keyword density??? there are a lot of other things you should worry about, such as title, description, content, internal link structure, inbound links...etc

1) What tool are you using?
2) Are you worried about keyword denisty in your meta tags? You shouldn't be unless you are spamming those tags.

I thought it was sposed to be good, the more keywords.

I don't have much content on my page as it will redirect you to the forums so what do you suggest?
