Google have right to ban my IP ?

I'm now doing seo for a least keyword which is only less than 900 per year. I worked for two days and appeared on 3rd page and next day google removed from the serp. Next, after a week I was displayed on 4th page and now no where on google. Google have right to ban my IP ? If so..in what grounds it can ban my IP ? I never spam on any forum/blog or anywhere.

Please suggest me some help to overcome this issue !!

etips, I don't get you. Why should I start a google group ?

Because you can post your site and your Group will get ranked and help pick up your own site because it's in the group that is Indexed

Wow that was such a relevant point...
Google can deindex your website but probably not the ip because some websites are on shared servers with the same ip.

If you post the website here, I can have a look to see if you've done anything wrong. have you tried searching for the website with the site:"URL" in google?

Oh..ok.. thanks and I will do that. But how do I know google banned my IP or not ? Can you please clarify !!

I checked my URL in google and it shows more than 3000 links but displayed no where on google.

The global search per year is just 900 for that keyword. Hope you got it now.

Try looking at it this way: Can you banish all links and references to Google on your site? If so, can you do it for whatever reason you choose? Yes, you say?

Google is pretty tolerant while indexing websites (that's their business model). Check out Google's Webmaster Guidelines and other resources. The problem shouldn't be hard to determine.

Fix whatever issues they have with your website and resubmit it.

This is my second website which is not appearing on google search results. That is the reason I raised this question. Genuine websites like wikipedia says my IP is blocked, I demanded an explanation from them. So..thought google too might do the same and I'm really confused a lot.

I will recheck my website again and this time follow the webmaster guidelines from google. I do that every time I work on a new website. I will check again.

Try to do google searching multiple times and you'll see the result. First they'll warn you with captchas but if you'll not stop then may be you'll deserve that.

If your content,domain links landed on wrong sites like not a theme or low PR sites or else keyword stuffing means your IP can ban.

Yeas , Google may ban your site from SERP listing. There may be a number of reasons. Getting back links form irrelevant sites and sites having bad reputation are some of the few reasons.
