I like that MSN factors in the onpage factors so that a relevant site can make it without thousands of links and other off page factors, but it does make them a little more suseptible to spam as a result - however, they've done a pretty good job in the last several months at filtering and dumping most of it.
I use MSN to gauge my on-page SEO - if it ranks well there, the on-page is on-track, then I worry about the other engines.
Ironically though, I just did an online petition to
bring back Commander in Chief and it's ranking #2 in Google right now and now found on MSN yet ... however I suspect once they pick it up, it'll be at the top there too. I only said it was ironic because Google's not normally so kind to me
