ash1 the toolbar makes it quicker to find some things that you can admitedly do with a search, but having the results there instead of typing in all those searches will save a lot of time. It's a lot of useful information when researching a given market.
I installed it the first day it was out. Thanks Aaron. Another good tool to go with all the others.

okay, so you need to download it using FireFox. that's what i found. but its really annoying because when i do a search everything comes up with a ? next to it. there is no data filed in.
why?

friedm1 you might want to read through the instructions Aaron left for setting up the extension. Even if you don't you can click on the link in front of the ? and see the results.

To make it so that it just aren't a bunch of question marks, go to Tools > Extensions > SEO Thingy > Options button
This tool is great for analyzing what are the important factors for getting good rankings. (Notice pattens like lots of incoming links or links from where etc)

The problem could be because it's not playing nicely with another extension you have installed. When I first installed seo for firefox I wasn't able to see the results in Google becuase of the Customize Goolge extension I think. Aaron's latest version of the extension fixed the issue for me.
You can try searching at Yahoo and see if you get different results. Even when it wasn't working for me at Google it was at Yahoo.
Mong did you get it working. It's set to be off by default. Just click the icon and it will become active when you search.
