He'd better not make any such claim. It's common knowledge that I started Google!

Jake,
After somebody lies so many times, it's hard to know when you're telling the truth. You claimed to have made $50,000. Then you told me you didn't even have $50, and you said if you did have $50 you would refund Jon's money.
So, don't be surprised if most people think you are a liar. That is sad, but true.

Well it wasn't $50,000 but $15,000. All that money is in a college fund that i cant touch until i get into college (parents deal). But thats besides the point, um...well it sucks that you people think im lieing about everything, guess ill just have to stick around and try n get my rep back.

Thanks for the info! Very useful in determining which keywords to target.

No sure-fire way to tell without looking closer at the specific terms.

The highest are at PR6. I guess it's better than PR7 or higher....

Back to the topic for a bit.
My opinion is that if you are going to take the time and effort to do SEO for a site then your objective should be to at least place in the top ten results.
Do a search for your keyphrase, and analyze the sites on first page of results that comes up. These are your only competitors for that first page spot, it doesn't matter if there are 30 or 30 million other sites that compete for this term.
This IMO is one of the (very few) failings of Wordtracker, since many use the competition results mindlessly, when in fact they have nothing to do with how hard it it to get a spot on the first page of search results.

Hmm I don't think I would've sold the domain, not even for $15,000. With a little work you can earn that in a year or two, and add a little extra to your college fund the years after
