Alexa Rating Help

Can someone help me. I need to have a Alexa Rating of 25,000 or less and as cheap as possible. This is needed for specific reasons as we are going to be selling our services that are offered on the site to Fortune 500 companies. We need to be able to represent that we are established and get visitors.

2 questions..

1) Is this possible at a low cost. If anyone can do this, pm me.

2) We found a site that we pay a monthly fee like $150 a month and they get us the 25k or better. Is there a risk to us in search engines, alexa, if we use a company like this. I will mention the company, alexahit.com (I am not spamming). I cant be jepodizing anything for short term results. But we need something in the meatime.

Pretty hard to fake Akexa rankings, IMO.

Was that sarcasm?

In my opinion anything below 100,000 is hard to fake easily although honestly if you put your mind to it you can probably get it below 25,000. I learned some techniques, but I'm not going to say here (and no, before you ask, I don't use them).

I know people who pay $1000 plus per month to maintain top 30,000 rankings on Alexa. It's pretty hard, especially if the site isn't webmaster/SEO related, IMO.

Well, that's true, but if you are cheating, demographics doesn't really matter

I've personally never 'pushed' anything below 200,000, but I've never tried either.
