Google Image Traffic

I just logged into the cpanel of Paris Hilton Forums and found that it's getting 600 UV daily, with around 1,500 pageviews daily, and Google Images is sending 94.1 % of that. Pretty damn nice, considering I have done nothing with that site.

And just Adsense is enough to make this venture worthwhile?

just trying to grasp how traffic gets translate into cash...

On that site, it isn't doing anything for me. On most sites, I have my ads which drives traffic to my other sites (SevenSeek, V7N, etc) that do make money.

So the key is to sell ad space and round it off with Adsense?

John I've been noticing latetly that I've been getting some traffic through Google images. Nowhere near what images of Paris will draw, but I too did nothing to generate that traffic.

The images in question are simply a couple of sketches I had done and I put them on my server so a friend could see them and then completely forgot to remove. They don't do anything for me in terms of making money, but it has gotten me thinking of ways I can put images to better use to bring targeted traffic my way.
