Well I think submission to search engines, manual or with the help of a tool is just a waste of time. The best way to get indexed is to get links from already indexed sites.

http://www.addme.com/ also seems to have nice submissions tools. Never used because I've never submitted a website to a search engine.

Just set up links to your website, add a google sitemap, use rss feeds and start created fresh and new content your website everyday! Everything else will come eventually.

I don't use search engine submission tools or directory submission tools. I use my own efferts to build up inboundlinks and I don't submit to search engines. I let the SEs find my sites through my inbound links.

Yeah, I've used it previously... It's just so... clunky and large. A lot of scrolling.

Maybe I should just subscribe to the paper TV guide.. But ugh.

The absolute BEST one is none at all. Get a few inbound links...have a quality site... and you are good to go.

According to me, there is no need to submit your site in search engines. Just submit your site in directories & try to get more backlinks from already indexed sites. When your backlinks are more then search engines will automatically find & list your site.
