SEO driving me nuts

This site http://www.elaboratesoul.com/califor...money-loan.htm is #11 in the G SERPs for my primary keywords (hard money loan california). That site has a zero PR and zero backlinks. Meaningful content? What a joke! It is, obviously, packed with keywords.

I've read so many SEO articles my brain is about to explode. I know - good quality backlinks, etc. I'm working on it. Yahoo shows me with more than 80 backlinks, but of course that means nothing with G.

I just don't understand why I'm not even in the 1st 500 (my PR is 3 BTW) and this guy is #11. My site's been up for over 2 yrs.

I don't do this SEO stuff for a living (obviously), so any help is appreciated.

That is seriously broken. It looks as if your site is penalized. I would file a Reinclusion Request with Google.

Your website has 4 pages indexed in Google and the other guy has over 700. I would try to build up some more content {a lot more} that is useful to the end user. Create a whole section with tons of pages about loans, different kinds of loans, pros and cons, where to get them.

One things for certain you need more internal pages and content. Then try internal linking like the other guy does using anchor text to your internal pages.

Your welcome. I forgot to mention to keep building your in bound links going to your website. Maybe shoot for at least 5 new links a month.
