One more option i can suggest you...do partnership with Google, they will give you link on home page ...Your PR will raise very soon.

The only possible stream of income coming into my mind through PR 10 website is selling text links. But how much are you going to spend by first buying thousands of links to expect earning an income by selling them.

if want have pr10 that you follow to put their own banner in many places ssilki. be changed with site which have pr 5-6-7 banner with snare and also below this level than more with snare that more pr after all he is defined on amount with snare on site itself.

You need an absolutely amazing viral idea like blogger or myspace to earn PR10. If google started handing out PR10's left right and center it wouldn't mean a thing anymore.

And to whoever said PR doesn't matter you are wrong b/c if I have a PR9+ website I will be able to rake in the cash from monthly link sales alone.

if we can make such number of pages we can have PR 10

there are 46,400,000 page containing word wordpress
it seems that one must create a very useful, easy to use program to get such number of pages and unremovable backlink

It is possible to get PR10, but you can get much more customers with PR6 as well, if you go in the right direction. PR is just one of the factors, anyway (and it can't gauge offline promotion, too ).

Its all very nice but PR is relative to your competition and even if you have less PR you can beat a very non-optimised site.
