Would be cool for a noob, but its an FX5200 lol. You havent mentioned the motherboard either, and that is very important, as it shows what it can support and its bus speeds.
Great looking pc though

Yah I should add the mobo specs.
I think the computer is great. I got that card cause it was supposed to be for me, but I decided to sell it. Thats not a bad card actually. I'm not the type of person that would spend $150+ on a graphics card

$800. I spent a lot on this machine. My fav part about it is the CPU cooler, that thing is off the hook! $45 just for that thing!
The card is still pretty fast though

Sorry, but id have to disagree :-p Sorry but Im into graphics cards and the like :-D
Well, compared to alot of peoples cards its fine, but its really slow compared to the likes of the Ti4600. Loads of benchmarks etc, see opinions here:

Not good for anything above light gaming, and a downgrade from a
ti4600

The Ti 4600 is FASTER than the FX 5200 by quite a bit. But the 5200 is DX9
compatible and the 4600 is not.

DaveW, a card that is pispoor slow in DX8 is also pispoor slow in DX9!

Bwahahah That's FUNNY!!
Good thing you asked before you wasted your money... the Ti4200 smokes
the 5200 Ultra... shesh, the 5600 is still slower and sometimes the
5600Ultra is *SLOWER* than the Ti4200.
Get a 4200 for a second machine... about 100pounds or less.

Thanks. I guess it could be better if it had a graphics card you like!
Whats the best card for $100-$120, I'm gonna be making one for myself and I want a decent one for gaming I guess

For a graphics card I would expect to pay more than that, seriously, for a decent game card. My Geforce4 Ti cost £120, thats $217
For that same price nowdays you could get a Radeon 256MB 9600XT, which is a decent piece of kit.

See to me thats not worth it. Paying that much for a graphics card. Pfffft. I wanna spend like $800 (for parts) on a new comp. But we'll see later when I actually get parts for my own comp

You made a "CUSTOM GAMING COMPUTER" that can't be used to play games! Oh well, I guess you gotta sell it.

I consider that card to be chaep lol. I would hapily spend £300 (probs around $500) on a good graphics card, as it is the most important aspect of how fast the system runs (apart from ram), in both games and things such as rendering.

Yah I don't feel the same
Schmeg, it can be used to play most games but looks like it doesn't reach up to Unreal's requirements

You CAN run most games, meaning they'll load, and maybe you'll see a frame or two ever minute, but play them, no . But the FX5200 is pretty much made for internet surfers only.
