I am not experiencing any kind of age filter with MSN like you suggested. Even Yahoo is possible to get ranked within 3-4 months. |

Well I have done a bit research and I can say that it is doing the age filter on new sites.

I have seen no evidence of an age filter in MSN. I have seen sites rank in MSN in less than a week.

Yeah things have changed a bit in the past year, but in the past it seemed all links were treated equally for MSN. Forum sigs, directory listings, popular sites, unpopular sites. Pure numbers could help the link side if the on-page factors were good.

No... not at all... age filter has only been identified on google... well i tested few sites of mine and found that when your competetion is not that much... like 200,000 competing pages then your new webpage can easily come to top 10 positions on google....

Ya but remember that when the competition is not much but when there is fierce competition then age filter does come into play.

Hmmm... MSN likes spam... spam the body copy of your webpage and gives fresh links to your site... and whooooooo.... you are #1 on MSN... just to show-off... "all the pain goes in vain".... as nobody uses that search engine... or very few use it...
