SEO and Opt-In

I haven't been around a lot recently but I've been very busy. I have a client who runs an ecommerce website and is looking to hire a SEO company who can guide them in sending out Opt-in emails in existing newsletters. The client sells perfumes online and wants to expand his business. Can anyone recommend a good SEO company and most importantly a company specializing in Opt-in emails?

I don't think you need to know SEO to send out a newsletter.

What your client needs is a smart marketer and maybe copywriter to create the system to send out the newsletter and the message.

Most businesses don't have the resources, or time to hire their own in house email marketing person.

In my experience let the plumbers fix the plumbing and email marketing people do what they do best. Like 52ltd I've heard good things about 500lb and there is another top notch email marketing firm called www.eroi.com - SN3 you might want to check them out. Both firms are definately pro... I know eroi is spendy while 500lb might be able to get you a better deal.
