Indexing dynamicaly created pages

Hi all.

We have designed a journal site at www.eje.cz. This site MUST GO first ten for the word entomology. Not very competetive word -600 000 hits, but not optimised pages. I already know many of the SEO mistakes we made in the design, but do not hesitate to point at them again.
But the real headache is this: there are 500 dynamic pages, which I made accesible through http://www.eje.cz/scripts/byauthors.php
The links to the dynamic pages contain ? followed by two parameters.
None of this parameters is id. Google keeps ignoring these 500 content pages, although Internet is full of indexed dynamic pages with two parameters.
Each of this pages has a link to the home page with the word entomology in it. So I guess if they are indexed we will improve significantly.
What should I do?
1. The site is only one month old. I can just sit and relax.
2. Google would not bother to index such stuff untill the GPR is at least 5.
The GPR 4 is too low anyway, so indexing would not help. I should concentrate at improving GPR
3. I should rewrite scipts to use just single parameter after the ? Or even beter I should install mod rewrite and start working.
4. Something completely different.

Your dynamic pages are showing in the Google cache - so Google seems to be indexing them.

You've only been open a month - give Google time. Patience seems to be all that is required here.

Yes, you are right. Many are indexed now. It had to happen overnight.
