Submitting to so's

I am going to submit all of the pages of my website to the so's. What is the general rule of thumb for this? One page a week, one a day, or one a month?

What is SO's? SE's?

If you mean SE's then just submit your sitemap and main page.

Don't some SE's look at submitting multi. pages at the same time as spam?

You dont need to submit any pages. One link on a forum should be enough, htough if you want you can submit your hompage. Remember, some searchengines penalise websites that have been submitted, so its better to allow the engines to automatically crawl your site after a few links.

Some paid for services will also list you simply by following links. I have never paid to be listed by Teoma (Ask Jeeves) or MSN (via Inktomi) - but I'm still listed there.
