Also number 3 for life insurance and the same thing happened I had to de optimize cause clinet could not keep up. It was a smalll business.

right now i am about 14-17 for debt consolidation with about 11 millions reslults

I'm #5 out of 29,100,000 for 'Nintendo' and I didn't even try to get there. I just added content and got back-links, and Google threw me to the top...years ago!

Then there's 'public domain content' and I'm #1 out of 49,300,000. Just added content and back-links and Google placed me there!!! You don't even need to be a so called seo expert to get to the top!!!

..but also #6 for amsterdam info (out of 35.300.000) and loads of other keywords. (more than 2500 actually)

Well, I'm excited to announce in the last 2 weeks I've jumped from somewhere outside of the first 170 to #43 for "how to make a network cable" on Google. May not be a great location, but progress! (43,000,000 pages come up too...)

although my #1 listing for "building your own patch cable" is long gone... whoops. thats OK, it didn't have any searchers/month. the other term has a few.

#1 for a two word phrase on Google with 3,940,000 search results. All after having only had the site for less than 2 months. Google's own page with the same terms ranks 2nd to mine. haha.

They are getting my sites in their index fast.. just started another site on Dec. 28. By Dec. 29 they had already crawled it, and then crawled it again Jan. 1. Bizarre!

My car stories page still ranks #1 outa 70+ million - go figure that one.

And I just put up a sound of freedom page - that google query has 40+ million results ... but the story on my page is priceless! ;-)

Well, if this is the thread for bigging yourself up...
I've had #1s on Google UK for individual words like cars, jobs, homes,
Top five for football, car loans, car finance, used cars, bets, betting, holidays, computer games, cosmetic surgery. Those are the memorable ones. The one that made me laugh most? Buttock implants.
Probably the only sector missing from my CV is the adult industry - very tough to crack I would imagine.

Football was my favourite, purely because a few years back it also got me the job optimising the websites for Juventus, Parma, Bayern Munich, Benetton F1 and loads of others...and if you root around the flash modules on the UK Football Association's FA Soccerstar website you can hear my voice instructing coaches how to carry out the all the individual training programs. I get a huge buzz off that.

Anyway, that's slapped my schlong on the table...who's up next?

number 2 out of 58,800,000 websites in the uk search only

and world wide its number 8 out of 546,000,000 websites for one word that is one of the most searched words on the internet except for porn and that on the list it was 353 of the most searched all the overs were perverts word haha i also rank #1 in yaho for my over keywords but im not as proad of them as i am of this one

I think my best is ranking #2 on msn for my keyword hiv and i think i got up to #6 on yahoo ...yahoo with over 88 million indexed pages and msn showing over 10 million pages indexed. Currently i was ranking #5 yesterday on msn but disapeared today not even in top 250 been steady at #12 on yahoo.........no love from google at all
