Moz 803 Error

I use Moz Pro, and I get this error: for my site homenetworksllc.com
Quote:
Error Code 803:
Your page did not send a complete response to the Moz Crawler's request. Our crawler is pretty standard, so it's likely that other browsers and crawlers may also encounter this error. If you have this error on your homepage, it prevents the Moz crawler (and some search engines) from crawling the rest of your site.
Moz doesn't really give much insight to what causes this....has anyone else had these issues, and if so, how do you fix it?

Have you asked for help from Moz support? They would be the best people to help you.

I tested the robots.txt on the pages that it says it gets an 803 with webmaster tools and it says that it is allowed.

I'll ask moz support to see if they have any ideas!

Thanks!

Thanks for that advise! Just for anyone's reference, here is what they said:

Quote:
Hi there,

I'm so sorry for the trouble with this. An 803 error generally means that we had trouble establishing a connection to the page. It could be related to the SSL certificate that Wordpress were using and one thing you can do to rule that out is to sign up for the beta test of our new crawler, which is able to connect to most sites using the kinds of SSL certificated that we previously had trouble with.

If you're interested in being a part of the beta testing, the link to the sign up page is here: (can't post link). Once you fill out that form, you will automatically be added into the Beta during the next round.

The other thing to do is pay attention to which pages see this error from week to week. It could be nothing to worry about but if you see this issue on the same URL each time, even after using the new crawler, you may want to investigate causes for connection troubles. This would be at the server end of the connection.

I hope this helps! Please do let me know if you have any other questions about this or if there's anything else I can do to help.
Thanks for all your advice! I'm going to try their beta crawler and see if the same issue persists! I'm sure others have had this issue. so I will post if this gets resolved!
