Do you use ALT or TITLE inside image or link tags?

i think ALT is important for images so it counts as content plus it helps for accessibility. not so sure ALT or TITLE does anything for links tho (unless you want the TITLE to pop up when you hover over the link).

Word! I guess dsarathy didn't understand the question. Someone mentioned here ALT or TITLE inside image or link. Good point, though not the most important elements. They were designed for accessibility, not for the SERPs.
