Just Publish the photos, with URL where you want to redirect the visitor, just like any other social media platform, and you will get no follow link.

Since it is all nofollow links for the large social media sites, I wouldn't focus on building these links for rankings.

Why not consider nofollow links??

While we know that no PageRank is passed, nofollow links can still deliver traffic. And, nofollow links are still accounted for in one's link profile which is purported to be a ranking signal in Google's algo.

I agree with that as the nofollow links do pass some value. If I was building a backlinking strategy, I would want to spend my time focusing on the stronger follow links though.

I didn't mean to make it seem as though you should disregard nofollow links.

Especially when nofollow links can deliver traffic rather than hoping a small amount of PageRank from links (which, by the way, we can't determine any longer) without the nofollow attribute can hopefully contribute to organic ranking.

Like I've said before, I'd give up all the links in our profile to get one or two links that can deliver consistent qualified traffic any day of the week.

Instagram allows profile link so you can put the website link in the profile section of your account. Also, You can insert them as captions on pictures, but this is generally not recommended.

If I am not mistaken, Instagram doesn't allow links as a photo caption or comment? Unless there is a way I do not know about.

I published images and add url in the description. But it is not indexed by Google. I think this way is not effective

Publish your images with a couple of links in the description and that's it. But do not forget that they will all be non-followed ones.

On the other hand, if you would be able to get some conversions out of your Instagram campaign, this could be a good option to go with.

I've read somewhere that nofollow links may actually have a negative impact on your ranking, is that true?

Well, overspamming wouldn't be a good idea for your website anyway. But as long as the number of links is reasonable, you should be O.K.
