I would like to ask you that what the best free and premium tools available in the market for website Speed Test?

After speed test, any tool suggests some improvements and bugs to fix. Does it helps to reduce the loading time? Does it helps to reduce the bounce rate and engage users?

Different Speed Test tools will give almost similar analysis like which areas of your webpage you need to work upon and which are your strengths. You can simply Google for best tools in market. As far as I am concerned, I would suggest using Google PageSpeed Insights.

I would also suggest to use the Google PageSpeed Insights. It's a free-of-charge tool and I find it quite accurate. In comparison with the paid tools, GPSI provides limited information, but it's enough to make essential conclusions and see what optimizations can be made on both mobile and desktop versions of your website.

Website loading speed is considered as one of the ranking factors in SEO.

Try GT Metrix tool to find and fix the issues behind the web page loading time.

Try to implement UX design on your website and reduce the page loading speed to reduce the bounce rate.

Website speed is extremely important considering the fact that people don’t want to wait more than 2 seconds at most for a page to load, people are viewing websites on slow data connections from smartphones and Google considers page speed an SEO Ranking factor.

Yes definitely website speed can reduce your bounce rates. Just put yourself as a user shoes and think you would like to stay on a website which give result within fraction of second or the website which take time to load the content.

There are two tools for the same which I recommend:

Google Page Insight
Think with google

Here you will get the actual problem along with the solutions..

Thanks

But, you are forgetting that there's usually a lot of files that have to be downloaded the first time a site page loads, and if it takes 3 or even 4 seconds for the first page to load, I'm not going to leave. Every page after that should load a bit faster (as long as there isn't a tone of images to download).

However, if every page takes 5 or 6 seconds (or more) to load, I might leave - especially of the content sucks.

That said, if the content is great, I'd still put up with a slight delay, and I might even message the owner and suggest to try and speed up the performance a little or use a good caching plugin (for WordPress sites, that is) .

That's not true - 2 seconds isn't bad performance.

You could say the same about a slow "wired" internet connection too, not just phone data. If both wireless (for sure it will be slower than wired) and a hard-wired connection are slow services, even a top optimized site will be slow loading.

@Hersh, you should try reading the threads before posting unsubstantiated repetitive junk.

Your post helps absolutely no one, except maybe yourself by increasing your post count by 1.

Its has an indirect relation on it. If your site load faster your visitor basically don't frustrate of what he looking for and possible for more article to view that page which is very slow.
