Question about Permalink

I want to ask if, in Google instead of URL, category shows will it affects Google rankings.
I mean, domain and category without any permalink.
I would love to hear about that.

Any url which has the good and relevant content is useful for the search engine...

Category, Sub-Category, Domain, this all can get rank well... having a category page or sub-category is always helpful to get rank....

Are you asking, if you can rank category pages?

If so, then the answer is YES. Treat your category pages as you treat your content pages - optimize them for keywords you want to rank for, promote them, and build links to them.

I don't think it does, I always use domain.com/post-title and havent noticed any problems.

Thanks everyone for commenting. I think I have not explained the question really well. Let me explain it again.
In Google search results my Post or Article URLs are showing like this:
domain.com/category
Instead of showing like that:
domain.com/post-url

I want to ask which one is better from SEO point of view. The first one or the second one.

Can you provide an url to the question you asking, its sound a bit wierd.

A post or article as you write it can have different url, depending what king of permalink you have chosen.

domain.com/post-url
domain.com/category/post-url

If you write an article and pick a category then the url can't be: domain.com/category
because an category is collecting alle the articles inside the category. So if you write domain.com/category you will get a site where you can see all the articles as a summery.

Here is the URL:

https://www.limitlessreferrals.info/keyword-ranking-google/

When you paste it into Google search results you will understand all the matter.

Waiting for your early reply.

https://www.limitlessreferrals.info SEO <-- I guess it's this you are a bit confused with?

Its totaly normal. Its just shows witch category the article is on. If you hold the mouse on the link, you will see that it poin to the right place. Nothing to worry about.

You url is domain.com/post-url and google knows it
