I am using Google analytics, Gostat and Weblog expert for traffic analyzing and I am pretty happy with these three.

I second statcounter. Its free (what could be better than that?) and it really gives you TONS of information about where people came from, keywords, and visitor paths.

Google Analytics gives you a ton of info, perhaps more than you need. It is purely a web-interfaced program. It can be rather slow sometimes. It is a very powerful tool though. If you want a quick analysis, I recommend Weblog Expert. A lot of nice features. Their free version isn't bad at all.

the only flaw with statcounter is it doesn't tell you where ALL your visitors are coming from..
