Does Adbrite, adword, and etc transfer PR

Does Adbrite, adword, and etc advertising on a page result in absorbing some of the PR on the page?And will it increase your rank?
Do any of these PPC like adbrite, adword it have any seo value

I would try text-link-ads to increase your PR. I'm almost 100% sure that AdWords has no effect on PR but I wouldn't mind some comfirmation on that.

I don't know, never used adbrite.

I would assume a good way to tell is to look at the source of the page with the ad and see if it has the anchor HTML tag for the link. If you can't see it and the ad is JavaScript then it will not increase your ranking.

Contextual advertising brings visitors and traffic but cannot help in PR as they are not permanent, direct links.

No, the links are delivered via Javascripts, which are not understood by search engine bots.
