Maybe nothing happened with Alexa. Maybe something happened with your site that caused the drop. Alexa it's bases the rankings on several factors, not solely traffic. If this is the site you talk about natural-elements-online.com it is still in Alexa, but it looks like it is constantly dropping. The ranking you have on SE has nothing to do with Alexa.

Alexa keeps close tabs on the top 100,000, keeps closer tabs on top 10,000, and even closer on top 1,000. Check out my link for other things that Alexa looks for to help your rank.
