Having Too Many Domains at 1 Registrar Bad for SEO?

Say I've got 100 domain names that I manage, and they are all scattered at different registrars. I was thinking of consolidating the domains into one account at Godaddy instead of using a bunch of different registrars.

Is it a bad idea to consolidate all 100 domains to Godaddy ?

As a practical matter, it can be helpful to have your domains held by a number of different registrars as if you ever have a dispute with Godaddy and they shut down all your domains you may be in a bit of trouble.

From an SEO point of view, it really depends on whether you're trying to hide the fact that the domains are inter-related (Google tends to devalue links from a domain owned by the same person). If you are, different registrars is helpful.

Thanks to you people for helping me with your thoughts on this.

My decision is try to consolidate between 3 registrers instead of what seems like 10 now. We already use a ton of different servers some I'm ok with the unique IP thing.
