I have site used to be ranked 11-15 on major keyword relate to myspace at google..back links was more than ever(bought pr8 links month ago as well), Yahoo directory submitted..however still dropping to Pg 4 some time page 5 last night..

any suggestion? am I in sandbox?

how old is your site? I think you need to build backlinks by creating an article about your site, submit your site's info in directories, and many more.

around 10 month..site has about 50k backlinks.

If so, you need to give it some time. Wait a few days or a week to see if the rankings adjust themselves.

No, it used to be ranked 11-14th in Aug. then dropped to 3rd page last google update, then it is dropping to pg4-5 this update.

Simply take a look at the sites ahead of you. They might be better. You cannot just make a page, let it age and expect it to mantain its rankings withouth any effort on your side. I think other pages make more efforts for high rankings than you.

Have you been adding content and building links this entire time you site has been dropping or has your site been static?

fluctuations in rankings happen all the time, so give it a week or so and it might come right.

But it's also possible you have been penalised for aggressive linking (Link vault or receive links perhaps?). I have a couple of domains that have been put back in the sandbox because of too many links, too fast, and with unnatural looking anchor text. And Google is very unforgiving on these domains.

I would concentrate on some other phrases - work on your long-tail traffic, and write some fresh content. If you have been hitting the links hard lately, then maybe spend some time focusing on quality, not quantity. 50k links is a lot for a 10 month old site (unless the content is great). You might well be better off with less links, but more natural looking links.

Hmmm, 10 months, I think your out of sandbox, sometimes top sites can be placed in the middle so continue optimization by building backlinks (Articles and ads submission are the best methods).

Sometimes i think peolple forget that they are not the only ones trying to optimize their website. Not because your website drops in google or any other search engine means that you've been blacklisted somehow.
It could be a strong possibility that your competition for a keyword or keyphrase is simple doing a better job than you optimizing their website.

So dont assume it's something with your website, actully it is, it's just needs to get optimized better:page content,title of your pages, keyword density, backlinks etc.. These are the things you should look at when trying to reach the top!
