Dropped Google links
Yesterday I had 30 IBL's according to Google. Today, they show none. I am not currently worried about it, because my SERP's increased considerably since yesterday. But, should I worry? I don't care much about the PR at this point, I have no plans on selling for some time, but should I concern myself as far as position rank?

Well, it looks like Google is making some upgrades. You should focus on creating valuable content and on some good SEO strategies and your rankings shouldn't suffer.

The links are back now. I guess it was just a glitch in my software or at Google.

Never jump to immediate conclusions when dealing with G you always have to give a day before you can start making judgments.

Depends on which data center your query is routed to. Some data centers are not fully updated.

Try using one of the online tools to search multiple data centers.
