That website truly needs to practice what they preach. Anyways I think the main concept of SEO is quality content. That's it nothing more. Because everyone knows backlinks come with good content. Everything else will follow. Heck I've seen what could possibly be the worse optimized websites be on top of serps just because of the amount of links and content they.
