Question Question about comments on website
Hi,
I just finished putting a comments button under all of the articles on my new site (3 months old). My question to you guys is has anybody had much success with comments or do most of your visitors ignore them?

Also, if anybody knows good strategies to help start visitors to comment?

I think that if you require a user to sign up and sign in before being allowed to make comments, that will help a bit with the spam. Also using a captcha and email validation will help too.
